I was contacted for an interview with the hiring manager for the role I was interviewing for. He and I set up a time to chat on the phone for later that week. As I waited for him to call me the day of, I received an email 5 minutes AFTER our scheduled meeting time saying he couldn't make the call that day. He then asked for my updated availability which he used to reschedule our interview for later that week. When I waited for him to call the second time that week, he simply never called. Never sent a note, never apologized for wasting my time - completely unprofessional. How do you have happy clients when you can't even respect a prospective candidates time? Unprofessional and very telling of the company culture and leaders within this organization.
