Skytech Communications Inc. UX-UI Designer interview questions

Had another call interview set-up per email. When the day came, I waited one hour to understand I was ghosted. The whole process seemed sketchy. This is unprofessional and disrespectful towards people's time.

First interview (30’) with HR is about knowing who is Skytech, what do they do and who you are. I also complete a personality test. Then, I had to do a design test to present to the sales manager around 2days after. The interview lasted around an hour. It tests your capabilities to talk about your process and justify your choices. Last interview was with the CEO. He diged into my background : personal and professional. As the interview lasted 3hours, I regret that we spent only 30’ to talk about my portfolio and not much about the missions that I realized in relation to the offer. I have to admit that I was releaved when they told me I wasn’t selected. I wasn’t confortable anymore to be part of this company. ++ interview HR : great first impression ++ interview sales manager : professional / friendly - interview CEO : too long / inappropriate
