Applied online and quickly had a reply from the recruiter saying she wanted to talk and to book a time in through the online booking system they provided. I arranged a time and the recruiter never appeared. I messaged her to remind her but no response. I followed up with another email a few days later but no response. Total waste of time.

A recruiter reached out for an interview the day before I went for nose & throat surgery. I scheduled the interview for two weeks, given it a painful recovery and could barely speak. Then heard nothing... The recruiter ghosted me. After rescheduling twice and reaching out directly via email, I heard nothing. A shame - I could see myself thrive and bring a wealth of knowledge into this role.
