Started with a recruiter phone screening, which led to a first round phone interview. Then was invited to the Slalom office for 3 back-to-back hour long interviews and finally 2 half hour long interviews with local company executives.

How would you fair at a smaller consulting firm with fewer available resources than larger firms?
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
