Interview
I was contacted by a talent acquisation on Linkedin. The process took around one month. I was interviewed by the head of the department. It was a short online interview.
Fine but they approached me for an interview then never got back. Interview based on technical q than past experience . Takes place remote with HODS and initial HR Tel.
Two step application process- competency based interview with 3 solicitors followed by technical written assessment. Feedback on the technical was quick but HR took a while to respond with job offer due to company restructure but got there eventually after 2 months.
