Very straight forward. General questions you would expect. Met with one of the customer service supervisors. Discussed experience, interests, availability. I provided a summary of Smith's Produce and competitors pricing and online reported customer experiences, and how I felt that I could fit in and benefit the store.

Interview
One produce clerk asked me questions about my previous produce clerk experience. I had none, so he asked again and again maybe 4 times. Then the store manager came in and asked me the same questions with the produce clerk still sitting there. Apparently you can only get hired if you have already been doing the same job. Anyways one week later I’m getting vegetables at the same store and see the produce clerk they hired: a 15 yr old boy.

Interview
The Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers, helping them find items in the store and ringing up purchases. To be successful as a Salesperson you must have excellent communication skills. A good Salesperson meets sales objectives while remaining polite and helpful to customers.
