I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Snappy in May 2024
Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter after applying online for the role. It was listed as a remote position in the US. The initial email also said "We’re currently working remotely with employees across the country and plan to continue this way." I started the interview and about halfway through was told the position was only for candidates willing to relocate to DC. This was after completing an exercise, researching the company, and spending time interviewing. Make sure you are up front with your requirements and expectations for the role, and double check that the information listed is correct.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
(15 minutes into the interview) Are you willing to relocate to DC?
Panel interview with the manager and two other people currently in the ADR/ISR role. Presentation on a hobby that is important to me. 4-6 Slides created. Prior interviews consisted of recruiter screens and hiring managers' discussions.
After applying they contact you and provide multiple questions you answer via email at your own pace. Six questions are about experience and 3 are practical questions. None of these were too hard.
