What are the main objectives you hope to achieve in your next career move?
I submitted a resume online. Had immediate email requesting I call. Agency owner asked if I had OSHA certification. I explained having a lower level certification and tons of experience.
Owner said “there are a lot of people with both the certification and experience”. Then he hung up on me. I double checked the job posting and there was no mention of requiring any certification. I respect myself too much to work for a jerk.
