I had a phone interview, then I had an online interview with a general manager and operations manager in another state. It went well. Then I had a final phone interview with the district manager.

Interview
The interview process was not as tedious as it was in applying at other companies, where it can at times take up to 2-3 months to get a call back. I received a call in about a week after I applied, then scheduled a day with the director of the unit. At first, I had a 1-1 interview with him, then he asked if was available to meet with the rest of the department managers for a panel interview, the process was pretty fast as the interview was only about an hour long.
