Informal phone interview. Spoke with a project manager on the phone for 25-35 minutes. They are not looking for driven and friendly individuals. Questions follow a basic outline but is not strictly adhered to. Standard background check is required.

I applied through university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Sodexo (Washington, DC) in May 2017
Interview
I applied online through the company website. I got a phone screen interview after a week, and then asked to go to one of the sites in DC. I met with a retail manager and he took my interview. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. He was really friendly and gave me a hint of being selected on the spot.
