Busy. I was in a group interview with a mass hiring event leading off of a job fair. The one on one time with the manager felt a little awkward because it wasn't exactly private, but the hiring manager gave full attention and was welcoming.

easy going and relax. just be yourself and it will help you out at. remember no one wants a hot tempered person working for them. also let them know that your easy going and can change detraction midway to easy persure
