First a (relatively easy) online assessment with logic type puzzles. Later, a behavioural interview with questions about the company. Then a technical coding interview with a screenshare of your editor. Lastly, a soft skills interview.

Interview
After taking the online assessment and being qualified, I've participated on a non-technical interview that led to rejection. The problem is that the interview lasted 25 minutes instead of the normal interval 30-45 minutes, no feedback provided for the rejection, and also platform communication delays. I've passed HR interviews before, and this is the first one problematic.

Interview
Interviewer was pleasant overall, started with a fair amount of practical questions such as asking if I was fine with the start date and if I had any plans for until then, before moving onto competency-based questions.
