I applied online on solarcity.com and was called hours later to appear at an interview two days later at 9am. I arrived early and had my photo taken and my 2 IDs scanned and was directed into a conference room. A supervisor introduced himself and led us into a larger room and offered coffee or water. Then he showed us a slideshow about the position and the company for about 10 minutes. Then began single-applicant interviews in the original room. I was asked questions by three men for about 6 minutes, was thanked and was told I was allowed to leave.
