After an extensive background check, and a referral from the VP of HR, I spoke with Channel Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager for about 45 minutes. Questions were mostly on background, with some what-if scenarios. The CAM did most of the talking, emphasizing his job to hire, train and promote me.
