I only talked with the recruiter, but she was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I wasn't sufficiently qualified for the role, she had the courtesy to call me to let me know and provide some input, while encouraging me to apply for similar roles in the future, as opposed to simply sending an automated message like most people do.
