I had eight interviews, each with different people or teams. The final interview included a presentation of my plan and approach to my work, and practical solutions to issues I found with the website. During the interview process the prospective manager for my applied position changed. The first seven interviews I was expecting to report to one person, but at the eighth interview the department was reorganized and I ended up with a new manager.
