Interview
This was the second time that I have been contacted by Solera for a product management role and both times the experience was the same.
Had a quick phone call with talent acquisition before they passed me off to the hiring manager. The phone interview went great and got positive feedback from the recruiter. In the middle of some email exchanges trying to schedule an on-site interview, they completely stopped all communication with me. After getting good feedback and being ghosted for the second time I won't be considering Solera for any future positions.

El proceso fue bastante rapido y agil, el reclutador dio muy buen seguimiento. las entrevistas con los que serian mis jefes tambien fue muy satisfactoria y clara, de ahi al reclutamiento todo fue muy bien

Process was relatively easy and took place in a short period of time. I was contacted by company recruiter. After phone interview with recruiter and 2 in person interviews with manager and director, I received a job offer.
