I knew someone at the company so I skipped the phone screening. Most outside candidates go through an HR or recruiter phone screen then a technical phone screen. My in-person technical interview was pretty easy, although some interviewers can ask pretty technical questions. Expect to talk through some problem on the whiteboard. You then meet with management for a final pre-offer interview, which is more about cultural fit and final questions than another technical screening. But, this isn't the last stage. Once a conditional offer is extended, you then have to interview with the program prime where you will be working. It was Raytheon in my case, and their interview was very easy, but again I've heard differences in the difficulty and duration of this program interview stage. Once the program accepts you, Solidyn will let you know and you can coordinate a start date.
