Somewhere Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Recruiting processes today are NOT GOOD, the amount of times I´ve been ghosted and left in the air is unmeasurable. Completing a typing test before being appointed for an interview. There is only one attempt at the test, which is irrational. I am not sure what happens after because I failed the typing test.
