I attended a total of 3 interviews, first was a sit down interview with the regional and area managers, afterwards I was asked to come in-store for a work trial. Four hours work in-store and unpaid, lots of general sales questions asked of me and also product knowledge was tested. THEN I went to a final interview where they tested how I was under pressure before finally hiring me for the job.

I applied for the job and three days after my submission I received a call and they invited me to an face to face interview so I prepare myself and attend the interview after two days they recalled me and say that I will not be selected

Just apply and stay calm use good vocabulary and everything will be fine. You just have to wait outside the interview room to be called in by your name. The HR is very helpful

Interview
The interview atmosphere with the manager was war and welcoming and kept professional.After a long interview in which the job in question and my job experience was discussed, the person seemed keen on a further interview and my expectations were high. I left with a good feeling, looking forward to a second interview and a possible future with the company. Sadly that was the last I heard of the company, as I never received a call back or an invitation to another interview.
