Due step: il primo era un colloquio di gruppo e, se superato, c'era il colloquio individuale. Al colloquio di gruppo ci fu chiesto di portare un presentazione breve di se stessi.

The screening call process was mostly for the recruiter to get to know you more on a personal level (and why you want to work for the company). Then went on to test basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel functions.

Explain a time where you worked in a team and had difficulty, and how you overcame that?
Process was fine but yet long. It took me around 2 month to finish process. They do not pay attention to details on your CV, if there is anything specific it is better to vocalize it.
