The interview process felt quite disorganized. Initially, the HR representative did not send the interview invitation as promised and only called at the last minute to arrange the interview, which created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
After the first discussion, another interview was verbally arranged, but unfortunately there was no follow-up afterward. Messages and emails regarding the next steps went unanswered, leaving the candidate experience feeling unprofessional and lacking communication transparency.
A more structured process and timely communication would greatly improve the overall candidate experience.
