1) Initial HR phone screen (confirm GPA, citizenship, etc)
2) Senior management interview: long questions digging deep into past experience, specifically projects on former internships and how decisions were made during those projects. No trick questions or technical (rocket science) questions, just getting an understanding of thought process and making sure you make data-driven decisions.
3) Direct manager interview: back and forth conversation for both parties to learn about the other and ensure a good fit. Looking more for drive to learn and passion for the job.
Having skills is important, but being a strong learner with a passion for the SpaceX mission is more important.
