I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spark Networks in Jul 2018
Interview
I had a 30 minute phone call at a pre-arranged time with a HR interviewee . There were a few regular HR questions and she spoke a little bit about the company and the products. She asked when I would be available for a technical interview and scheduled it soon. The technical interview was also a 30 min phone call, I was asked about my experience and about a few theoretical questions (SOLID, clean code).
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spark Networks (Berlin) in Nov 2019
Interview
I don't know about other candidates, but in my case they didn't handle it professionally.
After rescheduling several times they sent me an interview invitation, which will be at the afternoon, in the morning. I accepted the invitation and waited for the meeting. The interviewer was late. I was upset about the whole process, though the personnel apologized for being late. I was asked couple of technical questions and expected salary. And that was it. Next day got rejection mail.

Question 1
Some very basic, but tricky platform specific questions.

Interview
The talent recruiter first called me after talking with her followed by one week a senior developer called me for 30 minutes long technical interview. Then I was assigned to do develop an app which has backend dependency . Even though I am not full stack developer I have Developed the app with mock api server as they have suggested. However, I have used clean code architecture MVVM and databinding for the app. They had silly feedback about my code. Which is was 100% functional. They have mentioned I was lacking test case which was untrue as well. Anyway the whole process was a such a waste of time.
