      Merchandise Assistant Interview

      18 Mar 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Omaha, NE
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SpartanNash (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2012

      Interview

Very straightforward interview process basically because they were desperate to hire anyone for the position. But they mislead me concerning my working hours. I told them that I was looking for full-time work. What does that mean to you? To me, and most people, it means 40 hours a week. I've worked there for three years and for all but about two months I've either worked 50-60 hour work weeks, or 24-38 hour work weeks. That's shameful in my opinion.
