Interview process is actually easy. For this position, you only need the basics for internet and telephone. Mainly internet, like what is Wi-Fi, what is a router and modem, etc. Also know what an IP address is and how to locate it. Knowing the basics for computer operating systems, such as, Windows, Apple iOS, etc.
