Interview process started with a brief 20 minutes conversation with the hiring Manager followed by a second round of zoom interviews consisting a four person Panel (each interview 30 minutes long). Interview panel was friendly and provided a good sense of the overall job requirements and culture. HR involvement was very minimal and salary requirements / benefits were not discussed until an offer was made. The offer presented was slightly below market value and no counter offer was made once I provided my salary requirements. I did not accept the initial offer.
