Spero Solutions interview questions

A lot of emails and a phone interview. Just looking for the right fit and I am not sure this one one is it because after being in the field for a few years I am not sure I want to be considered a "trainee"

I was called promptly to discuss the position of Business Development. Anthony was very professional and informative regarding the industry and the open position. I was impressed with the company culture and they seem to be dedicated to finding a good fit for both the company and the applicant. Unfortunately, the position was not the best fit at the time for me but I am honored to have been considered.
