Spirax Sarco interview questions

Sent CV and cover letter. Then recorded video interview. Then assessment centre. Interviewed by two junior HR ladies who acted like they had never conducted an interview before. Only asked 'tell me about a time' questions instead of motivation based.

Interview process was positive, 2 stages 1st stage more formal 2nd stage informal conversation with the Director. I was successful in obtaining an offer for this position, I was contacted a week later to rescind the offer and the reason was "slight change of direction" I accepted this but a month later I see the same position with the same job description and criteria being advertised for the same department. Very disappointed that my time was wasted and because of this I would not consider this organisation as a place I would work or consider for any future opportunities.
