Smooth interview procedure with welcoming company officials who make you feel comfortable and relaxed during the virtual chat. The number of processes on goes through depends on the position they are interviewing for.

interviewed by 2 full time staff who were rather patient and friendly during the interview. Mainly asked whether I have experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Was then sent a microsoft excel proficiency test which was pretty difficult (took me an hour to do some formulas)
