Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for an opportunity. Scheduled a call, she was 15 mins late to a 30 min call. No apology, was unprepared. Position requirements was not relevant to my experience, could had easily been verified on my LinkedIn page.

Pretty simple, spoke with recruiter, who asked very simple questions. Then hiring manager who asked more questions based on my experience. But, I didn't get to the next round. Recruiter didn't respond to me after that.
