Interview
Very simple process. They ask what modalities you use and how you’d respond to a crisis. They also ask if you use any quantitative scales (like the GAD7 etc). It lasted about 10 minutes when I met with them.
The recruiter was nice and forth coming with the actual salary I would be making as an LCSW licensed in NY and CA ($109 if I remember correctly). He mentioned that as a contract therapist you could see as many or as little EAP clients are you wanted.

video interview with recruiter, submission of resume, salary negotiation, follow-up meeting with recruiter, job offer, contracts sent from Spring Health next day. Frequent follow-up from company. Process was straightforward and simple.
Spoke to the recruiter who gathered info and was given an interview with someone else. Interview lasted about 30 minutes and went well. She asked me to explain my training and favorite therapeutic modality.
