Interview
The first part is a phone call where they ask to send you a skills based test. If you pass they will call you to schedule an interview. At the in person interview they take you back and have a very laid back interview. The next part is shadowing for a little while then they bring you back and you leave.

Interview
They were flexible and the process went smoothly. The initial interview took some herring used to as you had to video record your responses to certain prompts. The app allows multiple practice takes before the interview which is really helpful.
