- Received an email from the corporate recruiter with an interest in my application. - Scheduled a phone interview - Recruiter did not show up for the call even after waiting for an hour - Emailed them back and they apologized for missing it, and scheduled another - The recruiter was no show for the second call too - Sent an email and there was no response - Decided to drop the case, because it shows how "professional" the company was The best part, both calls were schedule at an early hour in the morning (5.00 AM) because I am located in Asia, and the recruiter was calling from head office.

The process took over 5+ months . Was interviewed with 6 members from Sprinklr , everything was positive for every interview and at the last I get to hear is sorry better luck next time. There was no reason for rejection . Every time they just increase the hopes and just waste your valuable time. Please think before applying ! I neglected the negative comments here , but every comment is so true. Waste of time
