The interview process was pretty lengthy. First initial phone screening, 1-on-1 with a recruiter (she was really great and I felt we connected well!), 2nd interview with hiring managers of the department and 3rd overall with an entire panel. The final interview was about 2.5 hours. It was pretty exhausting, everyone gave their valuable time and energy which was great and good experience. I asked good questions on the work culture and inclusivity and they answered truthfully. However, when I got the call that I was not chosen to move forward, I sent a thank you email asking for any critique or constructive criticism. I felt that was pretty well warranted; as other jobs, I never got a reply or any message back after spending so much time going through the process. It was disheartening, but also telling. To this day I’m not so sure what went wrong; but on to bigger and better things ! The position wasn’t for me!

The interview process went as expected. I made it to the final round after putting many hours into preparation and believed it went well, was not offered a position. Reached out and asked the company for any reason why I wasn't considered or if there was any constructive criticism they could offer - received no response.
