I had a bad interview experience with Spyne. I applied through referral. HR reached out to me and scheduled first round but the hiring didn’t even care to join. After that they rescheduled thrice because no one from the hiring team was joining the call. They don’t care about their employees and candidates. I spoke with lot of employees and they also said bad about the company and their behaviour. If they don’t respect candidate’s time, what they will do after they join the company.

Easy and straight forward , the interviewer was nice and was not too pushy and did not try to grill over the interview , asked questions mostly relevant to my previous role and process i followed

Interview
Interview was short. They were looking for specific qualities not by the book of sales. If there is even a slight deviation, you will not make the cut. They should ask question to see if the candidate has qualities to cater to these situations.
