After applying online, HR contacted me for a brief screening call and let me know that the hiring manager would be contacting me for a phone interview. The hiring manager emailed me within the next day and arranged a phone interview with multiple people from St. Jude. Within a week after that interview I was selected for an in-person interview. This consisted of multiple brief 1:1 interviews and a small panel interview. HR contacted me to extend the job offer and I accepted. The whole process from online application to job offer took approximately 4-5 weeks. St. Jude was very clear about the process, timely in their response (faster than expected), and the interviews were comfortable (formal but friendly). There was a good balance between learning about the position and St. Jude as well as describing my experience and answering questions. Interview questions covered my background/skills/experience, reasons for wanting to work at St. Jude and in the specific position, and situational discussions (e.g., how I would handle different situations).
