I applied online and went through online aptitude tests including numerical, reasoning and personality tests. After that, I receive an invitation to video interview. The video interview basically are motivational and experience-based. And around 18 minutes for 9 questions. 1 month after, I receive a 1-1 interview invitation with HR. The HR interview lasts for around 40 minutes. Ask me to do a presentation on RMB market and then ask some situational questions. At the end the HR also taught me a better manner in an interview like posture. 1 week after, I receive a 1-1 interview invitation with the director which is supposed to be 30 minutes and as a final interview. I went to the main office in HK and wait. The interviewer is late for around 10 minutes and questions asked mainly are technical. The interviewer didn't ask any motivational questions because he/she told me every candidate is saying the same thing. At the end, I would like to ask more questions but he/she said the interview time is out. (which is mainly because he/she is late) 1 week after, I officially receive the rejection letter.
