I applied in-person. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Applied 4/8/2026 & interviewed on 5/19/2026. Takes a couple weeks to get a call back, but interview was set up within a week of the initial call. Interviewed with the Manager of the department, as well as 2 other staff. Very friendly. The questions were round robin style and lasted about 15 minutes. All behavioral scenarios/questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Redwood City, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
I had conducted a group interview with access team and the manager got up and left during the interview and then came back into the virtual interview. Saying he didn't know about next steps on the role but had 5 people in the interview for over an hour. The manager asked off the mark odd questions. The lead representative called me in at 8am in the morning with no pre-text email heads up. They later cancelled the role 48-hours after I interviewed but then reposted it. Didn't respond to thank you notes. Huge waste of time, unprofessionalism, discrimination.
