Interview
I contacted Stanley Works originally and they called me (2) weeks later. Total process took about a month. They schedule interview 1-1 waited a week and setup a group interview with key managers 2-3 weeks later. Then after a phone discussion I was hired and given a written letter.

I was questioned on use and experience with SAP ERP System. What Purchasing of Commodities Strategies have you used in the past? What type of contract negotiations have you used and when should a MSA, Stocking Agreement or NDA be used? Explain what Demand Planning, Inventory Controls and Annual Productivity metrics have you used to improve supply chain performance?

Interview
Great process, remote interviews then followed by face to face panel interviews and then plant tour to finalize with second round of questions about the observed opportunities and strengths. Some leadership style questions.

There were two phone interviews with an off-site HR representative. Then the next round was an afternoon at the office which consisted of three in person interviews and a conference call.
