Interview
I hope that nobody else has to go through what I went through at this interview. Andy Chaw, the CEO interviewed me and straight up was very disrespectful. He was late and did not even apologise. Kept saying I was inexperienced to be a manager but I applied for another role which I doubt he even realised or even read my resume. Seriously wasted my time and kept boasting about his achievements of Krispy Kreme (honestly not even that successful), and kept repeating that he wants his employees to do their job to bring in revenue and not spend time learning from other employees. Social media of this company isn't even comparable to what other companies are doing now and yet he doesn't give chance to others to show their potential. He challenged me to do an assignment for him to prove myself but I didn't even bother. I know I am capable but I won't work for bosses like you. Perhaps all the money gained from sheer luck from franchise opportunities got to him. Please learn to respect everyone. Your business isn't doing that well anyway. Also, just a heads up to anyone else, the culture that he promotes is more traditional (work long hours and you need to produce results).

Interview
It was a hot and sunny day, came all the way down (10mins walk) but only to be asked to see my portfolio and resume (seems like they did not bother to see my resume and portfolio online) While speaking, interviewer was not professional as well, using phone while I'm explaining.. she then said they wanted someone with more experience. If that's the case, why would you still call me to come down as I have clearly stated my experience on my resume? And then proceed to tell me I will do better off with another role (graphic designer) which i am totally OK with it, she then told me that she will email me a test by the end of the day to do since I am in between a marketing/designer. Checked back with her on the second day as I've not yet receive the email, told me she will send over today. However, it's the third day and tried to call her but to no avail, (still no email) If you do not wish to waste people's time please tell them straight and don't say otherwise (offer another role but have to do test first). Honestly, all the questions could have been answered on the phone instead of asking people to come down only to tell them of another role and that a test will be given.
