Interview
After applying, I received a call from a store manager asking if I could come in for an interview, which we scheduled over the phone. When I came in to be interviewed, they offered me a drink and I sat in the cafe while waiting for the hiring manager. She came out into the cafe and we introduced ourselves. We sat down and began the interview process. The interview was around 15-20 minutes.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you think you'll thrive in an environment that focuses on teamwork based off of your past experiences?
Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.
First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
