Phone prescreen with HR, onsite with 3-4 leads, typical 30-50 questions, pretty chill process. No coding tests or whiteboards, which I typically like to avoid. No take home tests, which I'm not fan of. Basically they have some quite sharp leads that can tell if you know your stuff or not. If someone makes you do much more than talk, the could very well be a sign they don't have folks that are smart enough to evaluate, or they don't care about you enough to invest any time up front.
