4 screenings and 1 assignment. The whole process took 3 weeks. I got offered after attended the call with the higher up. All interviewers were friendly and worked closely with the department. They explained certain expectations as an executive in Banking Ops and shared with me the culture in StashAway. It felt like a casual chat rather than formal iv.

The overall process went smoothly and fast. I made it to the final round, but since then, there have been no update or any update regarding my application status, despite my follow-up email to HR. While I truly enjoyed meeting the team, I am disappointed by the way candidates are treated during this stage. In my opinion, the lack of communication is unprofessional. Respectfully
