Multi-step virtual interviews with management followed by follow up communication and interview with another set of managers. Comfortable setting and relaxed atmosphere for an interview. Be yourself and you will do fine!
Everyone was very kind and fun, they wanted to know more about me as a person and what I could bring to the table versus whether or not I'd had the technical knowledge - that can be trained.
