I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stateside (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2025
Interview

Question 1
They asked how I would deal with, and replace, almost their entire account team - which is a massive signal that the company is unstable and is hiring inexperienced talent.
