To start the process, I responded to an internet ad, and was subsequently contacted by a Stericycle Sales Director (via email). The Hiring Manager scheduled an interview, had a second interview and was offered a position.

Interview
The process was very transparent, professional and thorough. There was an initial telephone interview with the hiring manager. The next step a face to face a week or so later where more detailed questions were asked. Questions asked pertained to experience, education, strengths, weaknesses, job functions and expectations.

Interview
The interviews were face to face as well as via telephone. I received notifications of each through email with detailed instructions. The interviewers knew precisely what qualifications they were looking for in a candidate. The process was managed well.
