Interview was done via zoom. Quick and easy process, mostly about previous experience with children and problem-solving situations. Questions were best answered with the STAR formatting. The interviewer was very relaxed and calm, kind and got to the point.

Interview
The interview was pretty simple, it was a one on one interview and the director was very chill. It did not take long, only about 10-15 minutes talking about the responsibilities and talking a bit about your experience and availability.
