I didn't hear back about an interview until about three weeks after I applied, and I didn't interview until a month after I applied because I was busy with school. The interview was pretty straightforward; we sat on a bench in-store and talked for about 20 minutes or so. The manager talked a lot about opportunities for growth within the company which was really encouraging. I got a call back about 4 days later offering me the job, and I came in a few days after that to do paperwork. Starting the week after paperwork is finalized.
