It was just a phone interview that was pretty straight forward and had very basic questions about myself and what I was looking for from the job if I was hired.

Phone interview, it lasted about 15 minutes. Wasn't much more than what you would put in a written application. It felt pretty impersonal and stuck to a really tight script. I'm not sure why it was necessary because it was exactly what I had to put on the application.
